Pre-merger with TMT and pre-establishment of the ‘green energy’ lead status AVL already had a lead government status: https://www.australianvanadium.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/WA-Lead-Agency-Status-final.pdf
… so I guess the market was not surprised that it’s been carried over/updated to cover the larger enterprise that AVL is now managing ?
