Advent will win the new case. It is one of your flaws that you think politics overrides the law, it doesn't. Every single politician in this government, and the next government, can be anti PEP11 and Judge Jackson will not care in the slightest. Legal cases are decided on the law, not who got the most votes. This will be a very short case, it won't break the $300K of the Scomo case. It will be fast, and the cost will be chicken feed.
