A quick check of history indicates AHF has no shorts and has never had any shorting on its shares since inception.
Also buying a derivative (call or put option) is different from shorting a stock and I dont think AHF has ever had a market based derivative in existence either.
The only thing I can think of was a previous Chairman issued some employe based options and used the Black-Scholes model to determine the strike rate for these options but given they were never market traded they arent considered to be a true derivative by the ASX or any other exchange.
