Hey Glass97,
i respectfully suggest you buy yourself an economics for dummies book on the ways to fund growth.
In short it is funded either by debt or equity.
Sustainable debt is much better for shareholders as
a) you dont have to fund the growth through a CR
b) you retain the growth economic benefits, with the funder only receiving interest
The point here is that the debt at end of Q2 FY25 is well managed and we have passed the point of max cash outflow. Most importantly, Onslow is cash flow positive since November.
the report outlines the detail; liquidity of $1.5bn, size of debt managed through sales of energy assets and has peaked.
given your total aversion to debt, I presume you would never contemplate a mortgage personally? - where individuals borrow 9 times their assets. Apply that ratio to MIN and compare.
good luck
