Without a time metric on their performance management, there is no disincentive to regurgitate the same info and consistently not meet guidance.
Making this project happen seems to be their only performance metric, in the absence of timeframes and best shareholder value outcome. As such guidance and achievements seem all too often misaligned for ARU Management.
