Bid will be around $4.00 - $5.00 (I'd say $4.40)... 2 top shareholders control about 40% of the company from what I've seen if they enter in to pre bid acceptance agreement It's gone... FMG aren't going to waste $500m buying this... FMG won't be considering takeovers till its well on its way to ramping up to 155mt its still hasn't ramped up to 55mt...
Only thing that will save em if its a rubbish bid like the ones for BRM/FRS... Either way holders have done extremely well...
but hey i might be completey wrong like most of you would hope
