You guys are lucky he's come along to save the day IMO. Judging by where that ✡︎✡ Rosenstreich has left the company he was the one running it into the ground.

Almost 4 billion shares on issues. Only $600K in the kitty. Bizarre terms like "no changes to the board" for that Bryah Basin copper project acquisition. I'd be digging into who those guys are/were and their relationship with Rosenstreich. They clearly didn't want a new BOD digging too deeply into the terms.

I would expect either a cap raise first and then consolidation or vice versa and hopefully once that's out of the way Povey gets rid of Prendergast and brings in a whole new team.
