I believe the consensus was that this is a short term rebound (a flow on effect from a spike in marriages that were delayed due to COVID) and that it is expected that the overall trend will continue to decline. However a) the spike will still have a positive impact on the IF market and b) there are still a lot of policy measures the Chinese government are trying to enact that are still too recent to know if they have had any effect.
