I think we'll be ok too but this is not about grandfathering. This is a separate deal that requires regulatory approvals similar I suspect to the the Foreign Investment Review Board here.

And Julian Assange conspiracies aside, I don't think it would be too much of a leap to suggest that the largest and most powerful corporation in Brazil could have a word in the right ears to have this thing quashed if they had the mind to.

I am not at all suggesting that this will happen, I was just curious if anyone knew what type of regulatory approvals we are waiting for and whether it is just red tape or a real hurdle that needs to be jumped.

Let's hope this question becomes moot sooner rather than later!
