Maybe it’s my fault for sharing all these positives—you don’t get how frustrated I am too. I'm not a fanboy, so don’t throw around that remark that some here don’t think SP matters. It always has. Nobody is here to lose money. I believe our research shows why we can make money here. The share price isn’t where any long-term holder wants it to be.

Four and a half years of the same cycle is exhausting, especially when you see what’s happening over there, and it doesn’t align with where this should be. You’re right—the share price hasn’t reflected the groundwork. But it wouldn’t hurt you to acknowledge the effort for putting in the hours to translate and sniff out the information that you dismiss so easily. You make it sound like it's you against the world when we all want the same thing.

Evidence shows management is doing the work, and what we see happening gives me hope for the SP to move back up. But I am frustrated af. The China ads, product launches, and market expansions should be moving the needle more, but in the end, it’s institutional investors, not retail holders, who control real momentum.

And management—yes, they work for a2M and have a responsibility to shareholders. They’ve acknowledged that, but they’ve also let the price be pushed around without taking a stronger stance. I believe they are about action, quiet as they have been, they're showing up and getting it done behind closed doors. But it’s too long between reports. I think they’re gun-shy from past/pending lawsuits, so by saying less, they avoid having to defend themselves if they’re off the mark. Maybe they’re being overly cautious, but at some point, they need to back themselves publicly.

The lack of insider buying doesn’t help confidence, but it’s a minor point to me. Sure, when those at the top don’t have skin in the game, it’s tough for holders to trust they’re fully aligned. But I'd be more concerned if this was a startup. Not now. They are doing their job—whether you choose to recognize it or not, I do. I think the company is the strongest it’s ever been. None of that matters if it doesn’t translate into a sustained SP recovery.

I’d rather they use our money to buy shares than their own, but that’s not a popular opinion. I’d rather keep the money in the business than see someone fly in and out for a dividend. We’ve done the hard yards.

They aren't sitting on their hands. The senior nutrition push, China label launches, and marketing spend are clear moves to grow revenue. But as you’ve said before, sales increases mean nothing if they don’t lead to a sustained, higher share price, but if they keep growing and executing, how can it not?

A dividend at least gives some immediate value, but it’s frustrating it’s come to this. I’m not here for a divi, and I’m not here to beg for scraps. Every year, some holders here cry for a dividend, and now that it’s here, they whinge that it doesn’t cover their losses. A2M should be a high-growth stock, not one where we hope for a dividend just to get some return.

Management needs to prove they can turn execution into sustained share price gains, not just temporary pumps followed by sharp declines. I think that will come in time—but it’s taking so long. Is it blind hope that this Feb feels different? Please don't think you're the only one pissed. We’ve seen the highs, and after all this time, it’s the repeated lows that are the hardest to take.
