I doubt that the future of NTU is dependant on what a chart will tell you. The chart records the past. The future depends on the interest shown in the stock by the current major shareholders and the possibility of another major investor lurking in the background. The future chart will also show the results of drilling. The past chart has not been told those results. To me the chart is as useful as a tip from a taxi driver and if he had the answer he wouldnt be taxi driving.
