"HONG KONG - Temasek Holdings subsidiary Nassim Investments is selling its entire 128.9 million shares in iron ore miner Fortescue Metals Group Ltd in a deal worth up to $877 million, IFR reported.
The stake is being offered in the range of $6.76-$6.88 each, a 4.3 to six per cent discount to its last traded price. Morgan Stanley is the sole book runner, the report added. "
