I have a question that I'm hoping that someone may help with...
While I know what is meant by Conflict of Interest(s), I'm not entirely sure how this reflects in Venture Capital Investing.
As a point of reference, a certain VC company here in Australia, has a portfolio of companies, with whom it has invested in. On closer inspection, a number of these Startups and such have direct links (covert companies) back to the owner/Director of this VC company.
These direct connections are not being disclosed.
Is this considered a "Conflict Interest(s)", in relation to the above info?
