When I first invested in this company back in 2014, it was with a sense of optimism and excitement. Like many others, I believed in the vision presented to us, and I saw an opportunity to be part of something that had the potential to grow significantly. Over the years, that investment has been rewarding in many ways, but there remains one lingering question—will the company ever list publicly?

Laurence has long promised that a public listing was on the horizon, and for years, that was a key factor in many investors' expectations. However, after the last AGM, I can’t help but wonder if that day will ever come. Despite previous attempts, including a failed bid in Australia due to regulatory hurdles, the path to listing seems more uncertain than ever.

I don't say this with frustration or regret. In fact, I acknowledge that those of us who invested early have been well rewarded. The company has grown, and its success has benefited many of us financially. But when I compare what we’ve received to the potential value of our shares had the company listed, it’s clear that the difference is significant.

It’s not just about the financial aspect—it’s about the journey. Many of us took a chance when the company was still finding its footing. We supported it through its early struggles, placed our trust in its leadership, and waited patiently for the milestones that were promised. Now, as the company continues to thrive, I find myself reflecting on whether the public listing was ever truly a priority or simply an idea that never materialized.

Of course, companies evolve, and strategies shift. Perhaps the leadership sees more value in staying private. Perhaps the complexities of listing, with all the associated red tape, outweigh the perceived benefits. From an investor’s standpoint, it’s difficult to say whether this was always the plan or if circumstances simply made listing too challenging.

For now, I remain an observer, watching how things unfold. Regardless of what happens, I am grateful for the journey and the lessons learned along the way.
