Considering ppl all touting buy-out offers / take overs at 70c 90c etc?
Ppl complain on here but offer no alternatives.
i don't believe in wishful thinking, but clearly holding onto these assets is forming a plan somewhere.
We another 12-14 months on from the SP hitting its previous lows.
These unused assets sitting idle are not suddenly "worthless" - they depreciate, but even more so if they're being misused or destroyed... which is not happening here.
I think some people's catastrophising of things is totally overblown.
It annoys me and I find even more so if ppl comment without insight.
The ANZ situation needs resolute action and I guess that will come as banks generally don't like to be ignored if you owe them.
