How is she going to find time to continue her other directorships? Did not appear to have set a number of priorities or how she is going to deliver on the strategic objectives. i would have been less harsh had she not been around for 2 years. Getting paid 700k - for what. Emma carried the day - probably on $120k! She should have stayed in Aberdeen. We dont need a bach of business for this role. MBA - minor relevance. We need a well healed O & G exec who has done the hard yards coming thru the ranks and used to going out there and getting dirty and sweaty - smelling like a badger's bum.
