Ann: Update on Central Processing Plant Commissioning, page-56

I've previously held PEN. Probably for the same reason as many here, the Uranium thesis, the relatively large resource, and how close to production they were. I have since sold out for a small loss and bought some proper U stocks. It's disheartening when you get the U thesis right and watch every other U stock go green except for yours. I feel bad for the holders here.
