It's called a 'lifestyle' company. Look at the massive salary Groves is getting paid. But don't worry, incentives are aligned because management has lots of skin in the game, those bonus options are way way out of the money.....oh they are 'zero price' incentive options! HAHAHAH. Ask yourself why management would do that (hint: they don't care about trashing the share price because they know they will need to raise again and again at lower and lower levels).
