This is a pleasing move in the SP today- still holding a paper loss but happy to have loaded up recently.
The health sector has really suffered and this landlord is exposed to a tenant that is in the wars.
I have a problem with the structure of HCW and its sister HDN but I think that is priced in. This is typical of the sort of stocks that I trade. I always seem to buy the runt in the litter- looking for value or for the beaten up stock seems to lead me to these sorts of stocks. The best stocks always seem fully priced to me. I know that there is a flaw in my thinking here- but I keep making profits on dogs- rinse and repeat.
The MV here is at a considerable discount to EV. Yes, I know, this indicates under performance. Tenants are paying their bills and interest rates could fall- one day, maybe, eventually.
