Your last point - I’m guessing Regal (no, I know) have quite a few contacts in the industry, and would have plenty of communication with the company etc. These fundies dig very deep especially in a position as big as the one they have in OPT (which is a lot bigger than they typically go). They’d have to have a very good reason to have built up such a large position, and continue holding it all the way to such a binary event. They seem to be holding steady, at least no 1% moves above or below their current holding, in the lead up to this readout. Will be interesting to see if we get any notices from them towards the end of the quarter, I would assume they’d take a little off the table before the readout but if not, I think that would be quite a good sign.
