My guess is that there has been some progress in Healthscopes financial issues that those in the know are privy too and that has removed some uncertainties around their viability (or at least their paying the rent). The volume was massive by comparison to normal trading.
having just checked the news I see BUPA and Healthscope have come to an agreement. I’m guessing that’s it.
