Quarterly payments to related parties of the entity and their associates:

Amounts paid to related parties of Lake and their associates during the quarter were AUD$0.57million.

"These amounts relate to fees / salaries (including superannuation) paid to directorsduring the quarter."





1. We are down to the minimum ASIC allowable Directors, of an ASX listed Company - Three (3) - Two (2) must reside in Australia;

2. LKE has Three (3) Directors;

3. Payment to those Directors , during the December 2024 Quarter = A$570,000

4. That's equivalent to A$15,833.33 per Director - per week.
