This is immaterial to the revenue or profit of WDS so there won't be an announcement from them to the ASX, no conspiracy here! This smacks of a desperate attempt by Senegal Government to get more out of WDS. There was recently media speculation that Senegal was looking to renegotiate the production agreement to increase it's share of revenue which WDS would be unlikely to concede.
