The aquirer of Gino's shares hasn't actually paid for them yet... I might start to believe it a little more when/if they do, current deadline is 27 February 2025. However, that still doesn't guarantee they won't pull some other funny business and try to delist the company as has been suggested previously. Definitely the weirdest share transaction I've ever seen and the market is pricing MTC from a position of extreme skepticism
