Interestingly, less than 1.34% of shareholders voted AGAINST them being issued.
I should correct that - NOT 1.34% of shareholders, but rather 1.34% of total shareholder VOTES went against issuing them, so essentially about 1.8m shares (per resolution) said No to these options being issued. That could easily be a single person's holdings, or maybe a couple of people. Not exactly a vote of no confidence in suitability for issuing these.
