Paperwork has ended up being the weak link
Who would of guessed that cutting edge science has been held up by sloppy back office management
Still shaking my head about the FDA commenting on the first CRL about data not being formatted correctly or missing in the spreadsheets…..amateurish
So mucking up the NDC code paperwork is not a surprise …….if that is the reason
