"The good news is that the water shortage at MC has now been resolved for the rest of the year."

No the report clearly stated the water issue is not resolved. They had 130mm of rain in December and obviously that was not enough to keep the plant going. Since than they have only had another 200mm year year to date. I have no idea what the catchment is like for there dams, but thinking they are going to need a significant amount of rain over the next month or so. If they are going to double production ( If they can ever get that crushing plant done) then they are going to need a lot more water as well.
