I think CS is the bees knees for ZIP. She has a substantial salary, she is very high profile, she has had a fantastic career at Telstra and Barclays, positions at both which set her up admirably for her current role. Despite her salary, she also has a large portfolio of Bonuses and Options, many of which have years to vest. IMO the business is risky and she could miss performance reviews. She possibly has $15 mil at stake? The business needs mega capital but I would speculate that the better option would be a takeover, in which case she would be paid out, with a stellar business reputation to go with the $15 mil
