What are shareholders thoughts on the AGM from Friday?
I missed it, due to it conveniently being 5pm on a Friday...Heard it was a complete non-event with pre-prepared generic statements and no Q&A
I was surprised the remuneration report passed. Percentage indicated Adman Lanes were in favour, albeit other minority holder less so due to disparity with other resolutions.There must be a liquidity event being worked on in the background, presumably in this US venture. Otherwise this stock is heading to voluntary administration.
