Acadia’s manufacturing risk for DayBue is spread across multiple sites.
It currently has contracts with Patheon (a Thermo Fisher brand) and CoreRX for manufacture of DayBue for commercial sale in the US, as well as contracts for API manufacture with two Italian companies (Corden Pharma and F.I.S. Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici).
Patheon has 60 manufacturing sites across the globe and CoreRX is US-based.
