Mr Nardi was employed at the Araxá operations of CBMM from 1982 to 2021, working in several roles including senior leadership positions in mineral processing and mining operations. Key roles at CBMM included: • Head of mineral production process – responsible for the management of mineral processing systems, niobium oxide production, metallurgy analysis, product innovation, offtake specification and development of new technologies. • Head of high purity niobium oxide production – responsible for the chemical plant that produces niobium oxides used in superalloys, lenses and battery markets.
