The price that should be modeled is the UF6 price NOT U3O8 - the UF6 price also includes the conversion price (now about US100/kg - divide by 2.6 (to account for molar differences to convert to lbs). There is also usually a small "hassle avoidance" premium to take the product directly as UF6 rather than U3O8 and then to have to convert it to UF6- probably best to ignore this for simplicity. The PLEF will price UF6 directly from the DoE tails
