Even if LC knew they were going to buy another asset before the question about the CR, I think she did the right thing by not mentioning it as usually there are confidentially and non disclosure clause. TBH, she should just keep quiet when asked about capital in the future like most of the CEO do as clearly some holders seem to get really pissed off about "surprise" CR despite investing in a biotech start-up stock.
Yes, we know nothing for certain and just form an opinion based on information available in the public but yet you point the finger at LC and immediately said she is a liar disregarding the information made public but somehow still hold despite continually saying she is a liar. You didn't even know why Azer-Cel was purchase so clearly you don't even listen to her much.....
