I understand the FNT deal will be completed one way or another.
Fridays announcement is plan B being investigated thru another way to 'skin the cat'. Perhaps involving less dilution.
I understand that plan A will be proceeded with if Plan B fails. In any case, FNT will proceed and ATC will enjoy the profitable traffic.
Anyone selling at these prices will regret selling, as FNT will rerate the company. FNT is expected to bring ATC profits to around 9c EPS (after dilution).
