Hello chingy and Fat Harrys Cat I think Archer has shown there's a glaring gap in succession planning. Which is probably why we still don't have a CEO. I would hope they are evaluating how to grow into a big company with succession in place. I still trust they are. But what would attract a CEO if you have an executive chair as well? Where is the separation of duties? I do actually like the board skill composition with Greg's legal background, Bernadette's tech background and Ken's financial background. But I think it's time to give the new CEO more scope and clear boundary from the Board.
