I know exactly why.
The large and consistent seller/s has educated the buyers that you do not have to pay up to get shares.
The seller/s (large holder trading the cr@p out of it washing stock around for a few pips or the tens of millions of vendor shares continuously exiting) are ALWAYS ready to dump large amounts of stock at any price, as long as their is a sniff of liquidity.
It will need a significant catalyst to get above current SP levels.
