Onshore you find some steam flooding, CO2 injection and the chinese do some little polymer flooding. But even onshore EOR has a minor share of the produced oil."
Offshore production platforms will do EOR recompletions, water injection, gas flooding, downhole pumps etc.... a platform is just like onshore, where the wellheads and access to the wells is done with a rig which is moved over the required wellhead for operations Floating facilities (FPSO's) are much more limited as the well heads and completions are on the sea floor and need a rig and this is expensive and needs to be carefully planned
Every oil field on the planet has some form of EOR being applied
