In 2007, Pen was a long long way from becoming a producer and just happened to cop a good ol pump and dump. You see this happen with small caps all the time.
This time is way different, they have proven they are a force to be reckoned with due to its fantastic management and great results. Pen will become a producer now and the best think about it is that it will happen in just over a year.
