Completely agree with every thing you've said here. Federal grant provided to build it and also it's location means it's all but guaranteed to be a success with a constant stream of clients.
Long team probably will be a great relationship builder too, train people who may be involved in the decision making process for subsequent cyber security related purchasing decisions. Very smart.
