Its a good step forward today. Crusoe's well recognised brand name is now up in lights in partnership with Kalina. This cant be walked back. Hopefully this is something they can now promote the stock around and get some new buyers.
I suspect they only have the land secured for Myers and Alsike (not Crossfield) and they didn't want to hold up the overarching agreement waiting for that final step. With Myers and Alsike well advanced, i really hope we see a PDA for one or both of these very shortly.
That will then release the development funds required to drive these two projects forward to FEED studies and FID.
KPO at $20M MC really is a hidden gem when you consider the PDAs that are about to be unleashed.
