Seems like words "CY 2024" have now deleted from the original Co announcement.
I would love to see the actual contents / details of what is disclosed in the Notice of Claim. I wonder if as a s/holder, I can obtain a copy of same ????.
Being a Notice of Claim for ~ $8.1 Mill ... IMO, is something of substance, as I do not believe a plaintiff would do such a thing haphazardly and without having firstly briefed senior legal counsel.
I suppose this will now put the proposed IPO (Eastern Gas) on hold for however long.
