What other countries have you experienced voting in?

There are a lot of places that try to get a good system, but very few are as good as Australias, and I doubt anywhere has a better system.
Overall, universal compulsory voting, preferential voting and the AEC means we have a robust system, free of any meaningful electoral fraud and manipulation.

The lack of voter engagement is a horrible indictment on todays Australia. There are people who dont care to vote, but worse, there are people who proudly claim to have never voted.

    That disgusts and angers me.

From local council elections, through to Federal elections, the right to vote comes with a responsibility to vote.
