If you looks up how ADR's work they are the custodian bank holding the underlying share's that make up what one (600 shares) ADR is worth. So around 41% of all ATH share's are now avaliable to trade on the Nasdaq
I wouldn't look too much into it except that 33 million share's on the 3rd of Feb were converted back to ASX share's and dumped/sold on the ASX
