I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole even with a JV. Would bet money but I'm not trusting an internet stranger with $$ bets. (No offence to you Kenji.)
I will happily bet an account deletion against yours.
My bet is that the next raise will be $1-2m raise at an SP discount.
The SP discount feature means it doesn't matter whether it's a JV or not though for the purpose of the bet. I don't care about a JV where some company gets a bunch of cheap/free shares.
