With LM and TS, it should ring alarm bells for anyone investing in CLE or at least be wary of their actions. They are very similiar play books and when the motives of the directors align to somewhat negetive historical strip mining of companies and shareholders need to hold them to account. I have a list of warning signs that I will be sure to highlight if they start to play out again.
