peterlip. There are massive repercussions regarding "insider trading," even a sniff of it. My guess is that MOST Directors would not be buying shares on market, and very likely, never in their own names. But, they are humans, and I'd bet that with what some of those Directors who DO know what IS going on, they wouldn't be missing out on such opportunities. I treat Directors and Executives not buying shares in the company that employs them, especially at these penny prices, with a complete grain of salt.
