"Would this still be a buy if it dropped to 4c or under ??"

If you wanted to buy a house that was on offer at $1mill and after thorough research you thought it was worth more but were holding off and then the owners, needing cash fast, offered it to you for $800,000, would you care why the owner needs cash quickly or would you just buy?

I know shares and property are not the same thing but the principle is the same. If nothing has changed for the worse for MNB other than a lower sp, especially due to low volume selling, then for me it is a better buy below 4c than it is at 5c, 6c, 7c or above. Especially so if I can see why the sp is lower and those reasons are IMO short term in nature. CR overhang and 5c option overhang coupled with that driving the sp down at a time of low news flow creating doubts and uncertainty on which you happily feed off of.
Yes it remains a buy to me.

The counter question is this; if the sp rises above 5c, 6c or 7c on strong volume would it become a buy for you? As far as I'm concerned, it would feel reassuring but the sp doesn't change anything as far as the company locking in its financing. It just reflects the marginal trader's sentiment at the time.
News drives my expectations, not a volatile sp driven by short term views or sentiment.
