This is along my line of thinking too. Its understandable if they needed to raise money to get them through whilst they were fielding potential partnerships, offers , etc. Which a$3- $5 mill raise would have done. But a $40 mill raise suggests to me that they need to go through the process themselves.

To have come this far and actually achieved the desired results and then be giving away more than half the company (we will see the exact figures once the price of raise is known) for $40 mill after getting these game changing positive phase 2 results , doesnt seem right.
