The last update mentioned a special group to expediate the DMR process. If this is true, and its still taking substantial time without an update. Do you take that as a good or bad thing for NKP?

They could have ruled in favour of Beng on day 1 and didnt. Likewise for NKP/Genorah.

Not sure if DMR can provide mediation and force a compromise. Because if it is left to Beng, I suspect they will play hardball and not give an inch.

But I think DMR only have power to grant or not to grant.
