Do you even know how much milk they produce and how many litres of milk to make 1 kg of milk powder?. They true number are more than what most of the internet says.

Then look at plant capacity.

Are they making their own milk tins for instance or buying them in? Definitely cheaper to make your own tins, after setup costs if you can run large volumes. And have product demand( the dont)

ahf are still not making money. They need to spend a hell of a lot to get production anywhere near making a profit and 40 cents.

They dont have the scale with current assets to be 40 cents.


So how do we get 40c valuation?
